By accessing or using Wheelman ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Wheelman is a roadside assistance coordination service that operates via WhatsApp messaging and voice. The Service helps users manage roadside incidents, coordinate assistance, and document events. Wheelman is not a substitute for emergency services. Always contact 911 or your local emergency number when life safety is at risk.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Wheelman, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
By signing up, you consent to receive messages from Wheelman via WhatsApp and SMS. These messages include service confirmations, incident updates, and follow-up communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting false incidents, impersonating others, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wheelman and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wheelman, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the contact information on file.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
