Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mobeel collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Mobeel mobile app, website, and related services (the "Service"). Mobeel is a proactive roadside assistance and insurance support app for drivers.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service. You can contact us at founders@llphq.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information created when you use the Service, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.

Account and profile information

  • Name, phone number, and account authentication information.
  • Driver, vehicle, company, and emergency contact details you choose to add.
  • Communication preferences and app settings.

Insurance and roadside support information

  • Insurance carrier, policy, coverage, and document information you provide or upload.
  • Photos or files of insurance cards or policy documents that you choose to submit.
  • Information generated from policy review or incident support workflows.

Location information

  • Precise and approximate location, including latitude, longitude, accuracy, speed, heading, and timestamp.
  • Location collected during incident, safety, tracking, or roadside assistance workflows.
  • Background location when you grant "Always" or background location permission. Background location allows Mobeel to keep incident context, safety status, and roadside support information available when the app is closed, not visible, or the phone is locked.

Safety, motion, and incident information

  • Incident details you enter, including descriptions, chat messages, status updates, and confirmed locations.
  • Motion and telematics signals, such as device motion events, impact candidates, platform, device model, detector version, and whether location was available.
  • Safety check responses, including whether you confirm you are safe and any location you choose to share with that response.

Device, diagnostics, and communications information

  • Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, request metadata, crash logs, server logs, and diagnostic events.
  • Push notification tokens and notification interaction data.
  • SMS, phone verification, and voice dispatch metadata, such as phone numbers, timestamps, delivery status, call status, and related support notes.

2. How We Use Information

We use information for app functionality, safety, security, support, and legal compliance. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

  • To create and authenticate your account.
  • To provide proactive roadside assistance and guided incident support.
  • To capture and organize incident, location, and safety information.
  • To help you store, review, and reference insurance information.
  • To send account, safety, incident, push, SMS, and service-related communications.
  • To support emergency contact, roadside support, insurance, and voice dispatch workflows when enabled and authorized.
  • To improve reliability, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, protect users, and maintain the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

3. Background Location

Mobeel may collect location data in the background only when you grant the required device permission and use features that depend on it. Background location supports incident readiness, safety checks, roadside assistance coordination, and emergency contact workflows.

You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. Some incident, safety, map, and roadside assistance features may not work properly without location permission.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the Service, when you direct us to share it, with service providers, or when required for legal or safety reasons.

  • With emergency contacts, roadside assistance providers, support providers, or other recipients you choose or authorize.
  • With insurance data connection providers only when you choose to connect or upload insurance information through the Service.
  • With cloud hosting, database, storage, logging, email, SMS, push notification, maps, geocoding, voice, AI, and infrastructure providers that help us operate the Service.
  • With professional advisors, business partners, or successors in connection with audits, security reviews, financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • With law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for functions such as phone verification, SMS, push notifications, maps, geocoding, cloud hosting, file storage, email delivery, insurance data connections, AI-assisted document or incident support, voice dispatch, analytics, and diagnostics. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.

When you open a third-party web view, connect an insurance account, contact a provider, or follow a link outside Mobeel, that third party may collect information under its own privacy policy.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, support safety and incident workflows, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

  • Account and profile information is generally retained while your account is active.
  • Incident, location, safety check, communication, and insurance support records may be retained as part of your service history unless deleted or no longer needed.
  • Diagnostic, security, and server logs may be retained for shorter operational periods unless needed for security, legal, or support purposes.
  • We may retain limited information after deletion when required by law, necessary for security, or needed to document compliance.

8. Your Choices and Deletion Requests

You can delete your Mobeel account from inside the app. Open Mobeel, go to You, choose Delete account, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, visit our account deletion page for web instructions.

  • You can update or remove account, contact, location, vehicle, and insurance information in the app where those controls are available.
  • You can disable location, camera, photo library, motion, and notification permissions at any time in your device settings.
  • You can opt out of non-essential SMS messages by following the instructions in those messages, such as replying STOP where supported.

When your account is deleted, we delete your account profile, mobile sessions, emergency contacts, location and tracking records, incident records, assistant conversation history, connected insurance data, and uploaded insurance documents, except for limited records we are required or permitted to retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping.

9. State and Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise privacy rights, contact us at founders@llphq.com.

We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. International Use

The Service is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from another location, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through the Service or other reasonable means.
